Each individual may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be permanently closed. The same action will be taken if multiple accounts are detected sharing the same IP address, device, or payment method.

• KYC must be completed within 30 days of registration or before your first withdrawal.
• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport must be submitted.
• You may be required to verify ownership of your payment method.
• YK999 may request additional verification information at any time.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

• Minimum deposit: ৳50 BDT.
• Maximum deposit: Determined by the user's account level.
• Supported methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Payments are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Large withdrawals may require additional verification.
• Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

YK999 supports transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If currency conversion is required, prevailing exchange rates will apply and YK999 may charge a small conversion fee.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only, on their first deposit.
• A specified wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Welcome Bonus wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 20x.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

• Each bonus offer may only be used once per user.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.
• YK999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Accounts found to have misused bonuses may be terminated.

Before placing a bet on YK999, please familiarize yourself with the rules below. These rules apply to all types of betting – Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are final and will not be affected by any subsequent changes.
• YK999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.

• Odds in live betting may change due to delays.
• If the outcome of an event has already been determined, any bets placed on it will be considered void.
• If the internet connection is lost, the bet outcome will be determined based on the last status recorded in the system.

• If an event is cancelled, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• If an event is rescheduled within 48 hours, the bet will remain valid.
• If a match is delayed by more than 48 hours, the bet will be considered void.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on YK999. Violating these restrictions may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus hunting or exploiting vulnerabilities in the system.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches on the platform.
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive behavior toward other users.
• Using abusive or threatening language toward YK999 staff.
